Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

cortes_c requested to merge cortes_c/src:master into master

The RDM dependency of the matched distribution finder was replaced with an standard eigenvalue solver from the GNU Scientific Library. The implementation was already tested and the results show that the new implementation converges with good agreement with the results from the RDM implementation. Also, the new implementation shows a significant speed up upon finding a matched distribution.
