Issue peakfinder
In case of multi-particle tracking the peak-finder couldn't find all turns. The new implementation evaluates the centroid after each turn, therefore, we are able to find all peaks. The single-particle result remains the same.
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
