Draft: Resolve "Define OUTFN as common attribute"

ext-calvo_p requested to merge 650-define-outfn-as-common-attribute-2 into master

This MR:

  • defines OUTFN as common attribute into the OpalElement base class (Closes #650 (closed))
  • adds output file to Cyclotron and Source elements
  • cleans up and fixes minor corrections according to coding style
