Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Resolve "Trimcoil implementation bug"

This MR:

  • fixes the trimcoil phi range implementation (closes #750 (closed))
  • adds more unit tests for the phi range
  • improves code and moves angle utility code to Utilities/Util.h
