Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Missed some getCoordTransformationTo. Fixing this

kraus requested to merge use_more_suitable_name_instead_of_getCoordTransformTo_v2 into master

Somehow I missed some of the occurances of getCoordTransformation when I replaced the name of the method with getInitialDirection. Now all are replaced.
