Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Templates for issues and merge requests

snuverink_j requested to merge (removed):master into master

The merge request will add templates for issues and merge requests. I have added templates for Bug and Feature request. I have tested in my forked repo that this works, see e.g. https://gitlab.psi.ch/snuverink_j/src/issues/2 (Feel free to try it out there).

The templates are inspired from the ones of gitlab.com themselves. Any other templates needed? Feel free to comment, this should be considered a first draft.
