Fix compilation of SAAMG solver

snuverink_j requested to merge snuverink_j/OPAL-src:fix-SAAMG-compilation into master

OPAL is not compiling anymore on opal-runner (regression tests).

This MR fixes the compilation of the SAAMG solver (CMake flag ENABLE_SAAMG_SOLVER).
