modulecmd: bug in handling options in sub-cmd search
In the sub-command search the handling of the option to search in all release stages is not correct: The lon option is --all-release-stages not --all-releases (which is the old name)
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
