Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

set-alias in modulefile is broken

Unloading a module which set aliases prints errors like

/opt/psi/Tools/Pmodules/1.0.0rc10/libexec/modulecmd.bash: line 642: unalias: kdestroy: not found
/opt/psi/Tools/Pmodules/1.0.0rc10/libexec/modulecmd.bash: line 642: unalias: klist: not found
/opt/psi/Tools/Pmodules/1.0.0rc10/libexec/modulecmd.bash: line 642: unalias: kinit: not found

The problem is, that aliases are not expanded in modulecmd.bash.
