feat: add jupyter notebook and first example for usage

appel_c requested to merge feat/add_bec_jupyter_startup into main

This MR introduces a startup procedure for using BEC in Jupyter notebook.

In addition, there is a first draft for an example introduction notebook, highlighting some functionality. In future, this could be extended with more use cases.
