Draft: BECDevice widget to visualize devices & signals

Description

A first draft for a widget component for devices and their signals. You can specify which signals to include (atm only for Kind.normal, Kind.config, Kind.hinted), or if None are provided, all signals (components) of Kind = normal,config,hinted are shown.

  • Documentation is up-to-date.
  • Review re-usage of ScanControl Widget as a base structure for the widget
  • Consider to include info about RO, R/W and allow direct change of signals
  • Add tests
