Extend BEC Queue

Description

Added option to abort certain scan directly from the Queue widget with abort button. In addition there is now a new toolbar with Resume, Halt and Reset queue (can be hidden in Designer).

Side effects

I had to disable one test for BECDockArea because by default BECQueue pulls status of the queue from bec. However there is no information about queue in the fakeredis. done
