fix: also install bec_server from branch in CI
We were only installing bec lib, ipython_client, pytest_e2e, and ophyd_devices, but not bec_server, from the specified branch.
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
