Refactor/motor map bec figure migration

Description

Motor map for tracking motor position is migrated to BECFigure environment to enable RPC and additional widgets to attach.

Depracation of old style MotorMap will be in separate MR, when I will move all motor control related widgets to pydantic configs, (#91 (closed), #69, #125 (closed)).
