Refactor/controller refactoring

Changes

  • removed base class for rt controller: Every rt controller now inherits directly from Controller. This was due to a lack of overlap between the bespoke implementations, removing the need for having a base class.
  • renamed rt_lamni directory to rt as it covers lamni, flomni and later omny
  • moved lamni-specific galil implementations to dedicated lgalil_ophyd module
  • adjusted imports of lgalil_ophyd (previously simply called galil)
