Refactor detector classes

Summary

This MR refactors the GrashopperTomcat class to comply with the changes applied to PsiDetectorBase. It links to the MR from ophyd_devices ophyd_devices!152 (merged).

  • adapt tests

Should be none, however, good to keep in mind before the next on-site usage.
