Delay Generator DG645, pending issues

During refactoring of the DDG at the beamline, a few things became obvious:

(A) How should signals be implemented to stay up to date with REDIS. Is adding an auto_monitor to all signals sufficient. What about signals Kind.config? (B) Testing the DelayPair (PseudoPositioner) did not work out of the box with MockPV. Mocking the forward/inverse methods is not working properly. Tests should be added once this is fixed
