Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Updated timestamp for readonly signal without compute

appel_c requested to merge fix/update_readonly_signal into main

The positioner would not update its timestamp for the readback upon read. This is fixed, a test was added.
