refactoring and tests for eiger and pilatus detectors

Main goal

  • Create more robust format for ophyd detector classes
  • Base on the the implementation of eiger, falcon and pilatus ophyd classes from cSAXS beamtimes in September 2023, a refactoring is desired to create a base class for future detector integration at SLS beamtimes.

Scope of current merge draft:

- Create a first template based on eiger9m_csaxs, generate tests based on class before refactoring - Follow up with refactoring and tests for pilatus
