Update PXII_BEC repository
- merges a widget and a script developed during a testing day in April
- transitions the repository to use the new template (https://gitea.psi.ch/bec/bec_plugin_copier_template)
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
