fix linking problem. Still need to add mpi lib and fftw3 by hand. will change that when swiching to the new build scripts.

d3dab495 Clang does not support option -fno-aggressive-loop-optimizations

- order of libraries matters if boost libraries are static.
- fix output of Boost_INCLUDE_DIRS and Boost_LIBRARY_DIRS

- sometimes libdl, librt and libz are not added to HDF5_LIBRARIES.
  These libs must explicitly be specified for linking with a static
  libhdf5.a. This is a workaround to an issue with FindHDF5 shipped
  with CMake.

- older CMake versions have problems with current boost versions
- older CMake versions do not support the env.variables XXX_ROOT

don't disable glibcxx_assertions when the build type is Release but if the variable BUILD_FOR_PRODUCTION is ON

replace &(someVector[0]) with someVector.data() where the vector written but only read and where we can't be sure that if it has elements

removed bug. Total dist will be computed only when the solve() function gets removed from undulator.cpp
