Improve release/versioning of Jungfraujoch repository

  • Multiple changes to CI/CD pipeline to simplify and to allow creating release at the end of the process
  • Dependencies are managed by CMake instead of git submodule => if sources are downloaded, building is unaffected
  • Add resolution rings to preview
  • Remove module edges from spot finding on FPGA
  • Remove (for now) neural network model
