Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Change the way dependencies are handled

  • Reduce number of targets in CMake to minimum
  • Build RPMs for RHEL8 by default
  • Static linking whenever possible (only libnuma and libjpeg)

Still to do:

  • Static linking of libjpeg
  • Choose architecture for building RPM
