Fixed bugs include

• complex arguments now work (thanks to Ben Pullin and Roman Zwicky)
• improved precision in normal polylogarithms

New tests include

• more tests of GPLs with complex arguments
• compare a random list of many GPLs to GiNaC
• the LOGFILE flag of ./configure is honoured
• re-wrote test suite for finer control of what is being tested.
