Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Bump version and update binaries from Github

rezaee_r requested to merge change-binaries-github into master

The binaries available here are the most recent versions from the Github repository. I've also incremented the version numbers to alert users of the updates. Once users download from this location, they'll be on the latest version from Github and will receive notifications to download from the new location thereafter.
