Replace gitlab binaries with github 2.2.2

Shouldn't all of the version numbers have gone to 2.2.2? Or are they deliberately old to force an update from github?

I've kept it consistent with the older versions, as anyway, it's just a way to force users to download the newer one. But if you prefer 2.2.2 for all, I am fine with that
