Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Cleanup of structure and fixes

steppke_a requested to merge CLEANUP into master

The whole structure of /sf/cristallina is now a bit more separated into beamline/Q/MX. The consensus is to reflect these changes in slic as well. Here is the corresponding restructuring.

There is still some work to do on the cristallina.py but the main functionality should work now again.
