a peak center, angles, etc. in hdf_viewer and spind panel

    Create first the list of peak center, angles, etc. in hdf_viewer, allow user to skip some peaks and pressing button 'to_spind' convert this input to match spind input. Such way of processing will be comfortable for crystals with several grains.
