Implementation beam stripping physics OPAL-2.0

ext-calvo_p requested to merge ext-calvo_p/src:OPAL-2.0 into OPAL-2.0

Beam stripping with residual gas and electrmagnetic fields have been implemented. Other issues, as stripper and geometry lost particles (#366 (closed)), have been included

In addition energy dependent time stepping has been added in TrackCmd and ParallelCyclotronTracker.cpp to keep the size step constant along the acceleration.

Also included is the fix for #293 (closed) for the 2.0 branch.
