Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Review UI of alignment_GUI

    We discussed a few changes to the UI and layering of signals of the alignment GUI.

    • Move monitor and dap selection to plot, move motor to line scan.
    • Consider flattening the tweak to the same level as the fit
    • fill the whitespace (with what?)
    • fill placeholders in toolbar (#360 (closed) )
